I started with Herman’s 15 years ago in an entry level job in the call centre. The management team saw my hard work ethic and invested in me. Now, after many positions along the way, I am the Corporate Operations Manager, overseeing 13 stores with 160 staff in 2 countries.
Paul
Sales & Pricing Manager
I started on the order desk in St. Catharines 5 years ago. I was quickly promoted to Inventory Procurement and assisting with Central Dispatch for 13 locations. I am now the Sales & Pricing Manager working with a 28-member sales team. If you work hard at Herman’s it does not go unnoticed. You can rise to the top quickly.

I started as a general labourer 12 years ago. The management team has always worked closely with me to help develop my skills and help me better myself. I have had the opportunity to open stores, renovate commercial buildings, manage stores, and contribute to many special projects.
